Bandits have begun raiding supply routes to the festival and the sponsors are not happy. They search the caravans and disappear from whence they came. Nothing ever stolen and nobody ever hurt. They seem to be searching for something or someone, but nobody knows what. Contestants are being compensated if they discover the whereabouts of these bandits and remove them. Double if they ask no questions.
